Cleaning the Automatic Shut-off Valve

This video demonstrates how to clean the automatic shut-off valve included with the VistaPure system. Occasionally sediment, scale or debris in the city water supply can clog this valve, but by following this simple cleaning process you can restore the system to full operation.

If you're experiencing low or no flow from the VistaPure Wand or Faucet, it is recommended that you check the VistaPure's Water Storage tank air pressure before disassembling the automatic shut-off valve. Over time, it's possible that the tank's air bladder could lose pressure.
